​AVK SVMC and Hyundai E&C Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding

AVK Saudi Valves Manufacturing Co. (AVK SVMC) and Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. (Hyundai E&C) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation within Saudi Arabia's industrial infrastructure sector, focusing on local manufacturing, technology transfer, and supply chain integration. This partnership aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and Aramco's Namaat program.

The memorandum of understanding was formally signed during Hyundai E&C's Saudi Strategic Partnership Program period in Seoul. This two-day event connects Hyundai with its leading Saudi partners. AVK SVMC was one of only eight companies globally, out of 8,700 suppliers, to receive Hyundai's prestigious H-Prime Leader Award.

The agreement focuses on three key areas:Localized manufacturing of valves and related components for Hyundai E&C's projects in Saudi Arabia.Technology transfer and engineering cooperation to enhance innovation, efficiency, and safety.Public-private partnerships that support the localization and sustainable development goals under Vision 2030.
