25P is a self-operated pilot-type pressure reducing valve.It senses downstream pressure through an external pressure sensing tube, adjusts the main valve opening,and maintains stable pressure.When there is no downstream load,the valve can close completely,keeping the downstream pressure stable at the set value.This pressure reducing valve is of the pilot type,featuring a single-seat main valve with a hard-alloy treated valve core,utilizing flat and conical sealing methods, and complying with the ANSI Class IV leakage standard.
The valve employs a large-area diaphragm and an external detection mechanism to achieve stable secondary pressure control,delivering excellent performance in handling fluctuations in primary pressure and varying secondary-side loads.
This product is precise and reliable,capable of reducing steam pressure from high levels to an effective working range for equipment while preventing damage.

Installation Guidelines
1.The correct installation and maintenance of this valve is the only guarantee for safety and normal operation.
2.It should be confirmed whether the material, pressure and temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working conditions 3.The pipeline must be cleaned and debris removed before installation.
4.The valve should be installed horizontally at the lowest point of the pipe, and the flow direction should be consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5.Each heating equipment must be equipped with its own drain valve to avoid mutual interference.
6.Ensuing that the system can operating safely, slowly open the valve in front of the trap to gradually heat it up to normal state.
7.Regular maintenance is required to ensure the normal operation of the steam trap.
