Structural characteristics and applications

This valve utilizes the principle of buoyancy, and the floating ball rises and falls with the change of water level according to the amount of condensed water. It automatically adjusts the opening of the valve seat hole and continuously discharges condensed water. When the water stops entering, the floating ball descends to the bottom by its own weight and closes the drainage valve seat. Due to the drainage valve seat hole being below the condensate water level, water and steam naturally separate, forming a water seal and achieving no steam leakage.

1. It can continuously discharge saturated condensed water and is not affected by changes in steam pressure. The float can automatically adjust the opening of the drainage valve seat hole, ensuring continuous operation and stable performance.

2. The stainless steel float balls of this product are all manufactured using advanced grinding technology, with high precision and good sealing performance. The entire spherical surface of the float ball can be sealed without concentrated wear during operation.

3. The X series components can automatically eliminate cold and hot gases that are not suspected of forming, eliminate gas lock phenomenon, and have good performance in eliminating non condensable gases.

4. Low undercooling, allowing for high back pressure rate.

5. It can continuously discharge condensed water with stable water flow, and has excellent performance in condensed water recovery systems.
