When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes, the control chamber stops draining water, the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and the main valve closes, and the outlet pressure no longer increases. When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve of 200X Pressure Reducing Valve opens, the control chamber discharges water downstream, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops, and the main valve opens to maintain the stability of the outlet pressure.

Working principle

When the 200X Pressure Reducing Valve is fed water from the inlet end,the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room,and the outletpressure acts on the pilot valve through the catheter.When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring,thepilot valve closes.The control room stops draining water.At this time,the pressure in the control room of the main valve increases andthe main valve is closed,and the outlet pressure no longer rises.When the valve outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilotvalve spring,the pilot valve opens and the control room drains downstream.Because the displacement of the pilot valve system isgreater than the inlet water of the needle valve,the pressure in the main valve control room decreases.Inlet pressure causes the mainvalve to open.In the stable state,the water inlet and drainage of the control room are the same,the opening of the main valve isunchanged,and the outlet pressure is stable.Outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
